Trip Day 12 -- Moab to Richfield

Scenery far surpassed expectations.

Well...huh. We get down to Route 95 (about 90 minutes south of Moab) to find out it is closed at a bridge and has been for months.

Stop at a little gas station (the quality of the cat walk on top of the tanks ought to get a feel for the whole can't pay at the pump, we sell beeer and ammunition inside, run down vibe), and get local directions of a dirt road around it.

I'm pretty sure those are the Bear's Ears

Crossing the Colorado.

A very dry Lake Powell -- the concrete down there? That's a boat ramp.

Not exactly sure, but somewhere in these pics we entered Coral Reef National Park.
