Rebuild Day 12 -- Starting to put up Rafters

Disaster Recovery drill at work tonight, so I was off during the day and could take lots of pics!

And that's the last of the old roof coming down:

Test fitting the first of the new rafters -- that was cut for 6:1 and seemed to "high" to the eye for the proportions of the house:

So re-cut to 5:1 roof pitch and that looks good (old roof was 4:1)

Left to get a new tarp for the weekend, and by the time I got back the ridge beam was up:
