Chili and Drawing

I love to doodle, and Before PCs I was pretty good at technical drawings for no formal training (though I had one of Vinny's old college drafting books I taught myself from).

But I always sucked if trying to do non-technical stuff. Hated anything 3-D I tried drawing without a straight edge.

Decided this week, maybe because I'm going stir crazy with all the snow, to try and copy a style of comics I like -- I hadn't tried doing something probably since high school. I know it's not very good, but I couldn't believe how much better it was than anything I remember doing years ago!

Got home late Friday from Eric & Missy's and through in a chili just about midnight. Which may have been a bit late since I thought I was forgetting something...woke up the next morning and remembered I never put any crushed tomatoes OR beans into chili! WTF! Still had enough time to add those in and let it finish for lunch.
